Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
At Carvil, we have been delivering style and comfort for close to a century and are confident that you will love our footwear, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
RETURNS: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed shoes in undamaged packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number. The cost of shipping the return to our warehouse will be yours.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process it as soon as possible. Please note that refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and will be credited to the original form of payment.
EXCHANGES: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to receive an exchange authorization number. The cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse will be yours.
